ABOUT OUR OFFICE

About Our El Paso Office

Where is the El Paso Zaragoza office located?

Smile Magic of El Paso Zaragoza is at 500 N Zaragoza Rd, Ste K, El Paso, TX 79907, on the far east side near Loop 375 (Joe Battle). We serve families from Socorro, Ysleta, Horizon City, and across east El Paso. If you are new to the area, the El Paso Chamber is a good way to get to know the community.

What ages do you treat at the El Paso office?

All of them. We are a family practice caring for patients of every age. Your whole household can see the same trusted team, which makes life a lot simpler.

Are you pediatric dentists?

We are family dentists who are experienced and wonderful with children, not board-certified pediatric specialists. For most families, that is exactly what they need, and it means the same office can care for everyone. Learn more on our children's and family dentistry page.

Is the El Paso office bilingual?

Yes. Se habla Español. The full visit can happen in Spanish if that is easier for your family, from check-in and treatment explanations to billing questions and follow-up calls.

What makes your office good for kids?

Our office was designed with children in mind. There is a Play Gym, Movie Theater, and Video Games to make the wait fun. Paired with our gentle dentist, it helps even nervous kids relax. See our children's and family dentistry page for more.

What East El Paso Families Are Saying About Smile Magic

APPOINTMENTS

Booking Your Appointment

How do I book a first appointment at the El Paso office?

Two easy ways. Call (915) 201-2610 and the front desk will get you on the schedule, or book online. New patients are always welcome. Let us know if you are bringing the whole family so we can coordinate the timing.

What should I bring to my first visit?

A photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. If you have had X-rays or treatment elsewhere recently, bringing those records saves us from re-imaging unnecessarily.

How long will my first appointment take?

Plan on about an hour for a new patient visit. That covers check-in paperwork, a comprehensive exam with Dr. Hoffman, digital X-rays if you are due, a cleaning, and a walk-through of anything we find. You will leave with a clear plan if any treatment is recommended.

Can I be seen the same day for an emergency?

Most of the time, yes. We hold room in the daily schedule for emergencies when available. Call (915) 201-2610 early in the day and we can usually see you the same day. See our emergency dentistry page.

We accept most major dental insurance plans, including Medicaid and CHIP. Bring your card to your first visit and we will verify your benefits before any treatment. Our about page has the full list of accepted plans.

What if I do not have insurance?

No problem at all. We offer a dental savings plan through Total Smile Club that includes two exams and X-rays per year, plus up to 30% off dental care all year long. Ask our front desk, or learn more on our about page.

Do you accept Medicaid at the El Paso office?

Yes, depending on your specific plan. We work with Texas Medicaid and CHIP. Call (915) 201-2610 with your plan name and we will verify before you book.
